I can’t turn the siren off in the app says operation failed what does that mean and I can’t see the recorded videos either everything is on and connected and my plan is the same I’ve restarted the cameras and my phone and I even logged out and logged back in I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same thing don’t know what else to do

Please try removing the camera from the account, do a full reset on the camera and then add it back to the account.

I did that but before my payment was due one of them will record for a lil while then stop for example it didn’t record last night r this morning  like these cameras but I may have to switch to something different if I keep having problems with them

Well now I’m having a problem after resetting the camera and everything the siren sound still won’t work recording is working but when I turn on the siren on that camera it won’t work

I am aware of the behavior you are seeing with the siren. It is currently being investigated.
