Onboarding Essential

I have a arlo essential camera with spot light that I can't get into pairing mode, blue lights will not flash to sync up. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried the hardware reset? 

First make sure the camera is still charged.

Then hold the pairing button down until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec).
