Off the grid camera

I have a building that was stripped of all copper so we have no power. What is a good solar plus cellular camera combo to install on the outside corners of the building?

Arlo's only cellular camera is the Go 2.

You still might need to recharge the batteries from time to time - depending on the amount of camera activity, sun, and winter temperatures.
