My Arlo VMC Essential Wire-Free Spotlight Security Camara, is not charging & shows no power. I have powered the other camaras with the same cord; yhey cahred ok. I have the held reset button, nothing, no lights, no power. The app on my phone days it's off line, but w/o power I can't put it back on. The camara is 3 yrs old. This battery cannot be replaced, being enclosed & so Arlo shows its not replaceable. What can be done? Thanks in advance.

@Peace62393 It appears you may be experiencing hardware failure based on the camera showing no lights, no power, and no response even when connected to a charging cable that works with your other cameras. If a factory reset by holding the reset button doesn't resolve the issue, which it sounds like you've already tried, you may need to consider replacing the unit.

My Arlo essential spotlight is probably about 6 years and it's been attached to a solar charger outside but not charged. I've brought inside to charge and nothing is happening.
I've done a full factory reset. Tried to add back in to my network but it is still showing as offline and the amber lights have been flashing. It also keeps clicking and 2 red lights are on. Has it died? I pay for monitoring so need it up. Thanks

It sure sounds dead to me. If you've made sure the battery is fully charged and all these things are occurring, it's probably time to retire it.
