One camera of my three continues to have false alarms. When setting up a zone, motion outside the zones is triggering the sensor. No matter how many times I restart the camera, the zones are not in effect and therefore the sensors are triggered anywhere in the whole camera view. Anyone had this? Is there a local “fix”.?

Just to clarify how this works...

Any motion detected by the passive infrared (PIR) sensor will trigger the camera - it doesn't matter whether the motion is in-zone or not.

Once triggered, the camera streams video to the Arlo Cloud, which then determines if the motion is in-zone or out-of-zone.  If it decides the motion is out-of-zone, it supresses the notification and recording.  Even slight motion in-zone can result in getting a notification.

Since the zones are applied by the cloud, restarting the camera has no effect.  If this misbehaves, the first thing to try is removing the zones and recreating them.
