- I shared access to my wife and it shows accepted and a shows on main account. I have restarted both phones and deleted app and reinstalled them they are both using version 6.6.4 and iPhone updates are matching. She get notifications but can not see live cameras or any devices. I’ve been dealing with this issues for a few weeks and getting tired of it. I even called tech support and followed the link like I was told still nothing.

She should click on Home at the top and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so she needs to choose yours. I suggest renaming Home to make this obvious.
