Arlo Pro 4 Mute Problems

I have Arlo Pro 4 cameras.  I have been able to mute the “boing” tone that sounds every time a camera records something for 24 hours before you have to reset it for another 24 hours. Yesterday this stopped working completely.  I had Arlo support on the phone for about an hour and they couldn’t fix this annoying issue.   Does anyone know how to mute these notifications?  Thanks

Do you want to block the notification?  Or just block the sound?
