I have 13 cameras installed in 2 different properties 100 kilometres apart. In one property there was a short power outage and I now have two cameras that will not reconnect. I have spent hours firstly on my own and also with support to try and resolve this. I have deleted them from the app and attempted many many times to reinstall. They will not react to the chime and/or the app will not “find” the camera. I had a long discussion with support to no avail and this was only the first camera. They have offered a replacement of the first one but I had not tried the second one at that stage but it is still the same. Anyone got any suggestions? I have had Arlo’s since the beginning but it seems to me that the quality has declined a lot recently as these are two relatively new cameras.

Since you talked with official support I assume they had you perform a reset. However, just in case, use this procedure to do so:
