Livestream only works at nighttime when the night vision turns on. I can hear audio on the livestream during the daytime, but when i press play it is stuck loading.

The development team has made some adjustments that should alleviate the issue you're experiencing. Please close and relaunch the Arlo app on your mobile device and then attempt to stream your camera again. Please let me know the results.

Unplug the camera and plug it back it. It's a known issue. I guess it's being worked on. If you connect on a 2.4 GHz band it happens less frequently

Yes i have. Removed, Reset, Reinstall, Put the camera within 6 ft of a router, tried on a different phone, i have done everything. Wifi is at over 800mbps download and 40mbps upload. It will only livestream once the nightvision turns on

This also happens when set to 2.4ghz only. And even when i bring it inside right next to my router.

Multiple cameras. I just verified that if i cover the camera with my hand, it will start live streaming. I have pictures showing this if you would like to see them

If possible, please provide app logs, you can collect these by logging in to your Arlo app and navigating to Settings > scroll down to About > tap "Version" several times until you are prompted to share the log file. The camera will say connecting and never connect if it is bright outside, but i can hear sound. As soon as it gets dark, or i cover the camera light sensor, the live stream will start working

I have some more information. Technical support called me back and asked me to check my cameras on a computer, using my.arlo.com. I can livestream during the daytime on the website. So it seems to be an issue with the Android App. I am currently working with them on this issue. It is weird how it only works with night vision on the App.
