I have the Essential Pan Tilt Indoor Camera and can't view Feed video on Desktop PC.
Screenshot of Arlo Web Portal - "Feed" selected
The little white PLAY symbol in the lower right corner of the thumbnail leads me to believe I can play the video from here. When clicking the thumbnail, I get this screen:
What's going on? Is it a FireFox issue or a Arlo Web Portal issue?

so what's the difference between watching the live feed and and one that's in the Feed tab?
Livestreaming to the browser uses AVC (H.264) @ 1080p, not HEVC.

I have watched other HEVC videos since installing HEVC Video Extensions by Microsoft in 2017
At one point the video extension included software-only decoding. Later on that changed, and it now requires GPU/hardware acceleration.
I suggest
- trying Edge or Chrome, and see if they have the same issue
- Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in FireFox
- checking your processor info, and see if the PC has HEVC hardware decoding. Usually this requires a 7th gen processor (either Intel or AMD).

If the recordings are 2K, then it is likely that the PC can't play HEVC video. Can you play the videos on this test page?

Couldn't see the samples so we're on the right track. I have watched other HEVC videos since installing
HEVC Video Extensions by Microsoft in 2017 and I can watch live on the dashboard so what's the difference between watching the live feed and and one that's in the Feed tab?
