I’m looking for the white flat plastic wall mount bracket for the camera

If you've searched the packaging as well as the mount on the camera to verify it's missing, use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to see if official support will send you one. This assumes you've onboarded the camera so you have at least a trial subscription.

Another option is to simply swap at the store.
