paid my monthly subscription twice today and still can’t access my camera feed

I have paid my monthly subscription twice today and still can’t access my camera feed I can’t call Arlo because it says i don’t have an subscription but I’ve paid 19.18 twice today

I've taken a look at your account and you don't appear to have an active subscription plan. When going through the subscription flow are you receiving an error messages? Any indication that the information is being entered incorrectly or the payment method is being declined?
