First of all I absolutely hate the new web page! The old one was so easy to understand and operate. I have tried to make a phone call to support and get no phone call back and add that to links that do not show up.

The one of the three cameras I have says it is offline. Everything I have read on how to get the camera on line have not worked. I have filed case numbers and have gotten very little helpful response. I am about ready to thrown the stuff away because it is garbage to me right now.

brodennismoses,

Have you fully charged the camera and attempted a factory reset using the steps shown here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062659/How-to-factory-reset-Arlo-devices

After the reset is complete, attempt onboarding and note the LED behavior, if you still experience an issue, at what point does this happen during the onboarding flow?

FINALLY. I finally got through on the phone after 12 or 13 attempts to get someone to answer. After I spent $125 for IT help from the internet company that gives us support and a graduate student in computers unable to solve it. I had tried everything that was suggested, including your suggestions. I also finally found out that the new web page does not yet have a working way to pick files to delete all at once. That would have been nice to know. But I did learn of a work around, you go to privacy and this allows you to delete a bunch of clips at once by deleting all.

Actually it does.

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right of the feed page.
  2. Choose "Select Events"

You will then see a open circle appear in front of every day and every recording.  Checking the circle in front of day selects all recordings from that day.  And of course checking a circle in front of individual recordings selects those recordings.  When done, you press the delete control at the bottom of the page.

Note you can also start with "Feed Settings", and filter the feed (choosing specific cameras or event types).  Then moving on to "Select Events" to delete whatever you like that is in the "Feed".

Is your offline problem now resolved?

I was told by the person that I talked to from Arlo that the option you mention is not available yet but they are working on it. Your suggestion is greyed out on my program.

It is not greyed out in my browser.  Odd that I see it and you don't.
