Numerous issues with new Arlo outdoor floodlight camera. Worked fine for the first two weeks and now it’s notifying me of motion. The Arlo Customer Care team don’t appear to know their own products.

Did you try adjusting the motion detection threshold?

 

I suggest using the motion detection test while walking around in the area of interest.  Find the lowest sensitivy that detects you reliably, and then set the actual threshold to something a bit higher than that.
