<impossible to add a second essential camera

I've been trying for several days to add the second camera from the Arlo Essential Gen 2 bundle without success. It always asks for a password correction, and obviously I know it very well. In fact, I already have the first camera connected to the same 2.4 GHz frequency using the same password, which is correct. It's posted as fixed, but the solution isn't available for reading. No one answers beyond the chatbot.

Please help
