Won't reset, only infrared

Camera power died.  Recharged. Reset,  no lights visible except infra-red.  Not showing on my device list any longer. Please advise.

Make sure the battery is fully charged and follow the reset procedure listed here: https://kb.arlo.com/000063225/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-Essential-Outdoor-Camera-2nd-Generation

 

If you still do not see any LED behavior, I recommend that you reach out to the Arlo support team and open a ticket using the Arlo app. You can find support contact information under Settings > Support Center
