Why does one camera not have AI descriptions?

I have ten cameras around my house, most of them are the Essential Outdoor 2k, and they all give me detailed AI descriptions except for one - it only ever says "Motion" or "Person" or "Animal."

 

Is there a setting I'm missing?

event captions can be turned on/off for each camera.  So check the event captions settings, and make sure that camera still has the feature enabled.
