Hi trying to connect my essential outdoor 2nd gen camera to my vmb4000 base station. Keep getting error message error code 5005. Have done a full reset on Cam with no luck. Connects to wifi no issues but won't pair with base station

I've checked your account and it appears you have two outdoor 2nd gen devices synced with your vmb4000 base. Are you no longer experiencing the issue or do you have another 2nd gen device that is not syncing up?
