VMC3052 Red LED and doesn't pick up motion

I just recharged the battery on one of my ARLO 2n generation Essential XL outdoor cameras, which is connected to the internet. But, when I turn it on the blue light flashes, but then turns red and does not pick any motion.  Then the two red lights go on and the camera shuts down.  What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like the camera may be faulty but try this first:
