I need assistance in getting into my account. I cannot call anyone. The email that I setup the account number is not in service any longer. I am not sure why  not receiving arlo verifications as when I try to choose the default i don't get the text even the my number has not changed within the past 10 years. When I choose the other phone option,  it says that option was removed. Can someone please open a ticket or can I get a call to update information on account?
