I just upgraded to the Essential with solar and it gave me a 30 day trial thru Arlo. Now that the trial is over I can’t see my feed. How do I get my feed back without a subscription?

As you've discovered, a subscription is needed for cloud recordings.  You can purchase a SmartHub so you can connect the camera to that and enable local recordings. It's not the same experience as with cloud recordings but some folks are using it as best they can.
