Hi, how is everyone dealing with Arlo’s support team? Seems I’ve been dealing with them regarding my camera that is still under warranty and they are saying that warranty is not covering my camera. It has not even been a year since I purchased it. I’ve been jerked around since and given a coupon code for a new camera that doesn’t even work. Thinking about cancelling my subscription with them and returning all 6 cameras and buying ring cameras.

Do you have the receipt for the cameras? What is the warranty period in your location (mostly 1 year but some regions get 2 years)?
