Smarthub Library won't playback

I was recently on a trip in another state.  I was connected to the WIFI there.  I got notifications from cameras.  I could look at live views.  However, I could never get the Smarthub library to work.  It would just spin and then I would get a message saying there was an error and they were working on it.  This went on for a week. This is the exact instance when you need this work This is happening more and more even at home.  I know they are trying to force us into buying the ridiculously over-priced subscription but considering how bad the ap and cameras are getting I'm about to give up and just go to anther brand. Am I the only one that consistently has trouble with the Smarthub?

Does this happen when you are home and you disconnect your phone from your home wifi?
