Hi,

TLDR; I want to remove the WiFi SSID name and password as I added a new one.

I started with the household SSID to set up the system. That SSID is blocked by the firewall (no internet, but should still have intranet) after midnight so the children get off their devices and go to sleep. I now see that none of the cameras are accessible on the intranet...

So I moved them to a new SSID that is not blocked. I want to remove the first SSID, but I see no way to do that.

The devices show a choice of networks to join - but no way to delete the old WiFi SSID.

That would be a kind feature to add please. Thank you!

Well, I stumbled upon the answer myself.

On the phone app:

Hit your "person" icon in the top left.

Under locations and plans hit the location, "home" is the default for me.

You will see "Saved WiFi Networks" - or something like that, I deleted all mine and the line disappeared.

Delete the saved wifi networks you no longer want.

I believe you mean you're using the camera settings for Connected To so you can change the network it connects to. You don't remove the old one, you just connect to the new. The old SSID isn't stored, just overwritten.

I want to remove the original SSID so it no longer shows up as a network that can be connected to.

Somewhere, the SSID and password are stored so I can load them into a new camera that I join to my system.

I don't want the old SSID and password stored anymore. I cannot find a way to delete it.

No idea here. If uninstalling and installing fresh doesn't help, I suspect it's stored in your account in the cloud.

Interesting. I looked in both the Android and web interfaces and didn't see that selection anyplace. Are you on iOS?

Yes, right below "Devices".

@jguerdat - I am seeing this on the iOS app.

Looked again on the web as well as the Android app - it's not there.
