Refurbished camera will not connect

I had an arl essential that worked perfectly until 11/3/24. Since then nothing. Various chats with support went nowhere. They said problem was their firmware. Sent me a refurbished one, it will not connect. It says doesn't recognize device, switched to 2.4 g no differene. Any thoughts?

You should contract support again.

 

You could also try a factory reset of the camera.  Hold down the pairing button until the camera LED flashed amber (about 15 seconds).
