Hi, all,
I having a devil of a time adding a friend. I was able to create an account for him after sending the email and accepting the invitation. I deleted him as a friend and then tried again - creating an account. It said there already was an account. It then asked me to pair the cameras. Do I need to do that?
Super confused! And, frustrated.
Thanks!

Definitely not. And you can't, since the cameras can only be installed to one account.
Try sending a fresh invite. Then accept the invite by clicking on "Create account" on a PC. That will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there log into the friend's existing account - do NOT create another one. You need to fully log in - completing the two-factor authentication step.
After that is done, look in your account and make sure you see the invitation status as accepted.
The friend's account will have two "Home" locations - yours, and their own. They need to select your home location to see your cameras. This is confusing, so you should try renaming their empty "home" location to something else.
