Privacyzones

I have a doorbell 2k 2gen, and for privacy laws in Belgium I have to mask out areas of the street and houses on the other side of the street, but then my doorbell is useless because I can't see who is at the door. So my question is: "is it possible to make the privacyzones that the houses are blacked out, but when someone rings the doorbell the blackout zones disappears? 

I hope to get a solution or my doorbell is useless in belgium.
