Password issue

Why do I have to put in my password each time I open the app on my iPhone? My wife has the same iPhone and does not have to put in her password.

Are you logging out of the app? If you just background it you shouldn't have to log in each time.

I have same issue... I could sign in yesterday without putting in ID/Password, and now today I have to sign in each time--this is unacceptable.  I don't want to use Face ID and it isn't "on" .....Arlo, please fix this.
