Outdoor Essential 2 not detecting but other cameras are

We have 3 Outdoor Essential 2 cameras and 1 indoor camera. 1 of the outdoor cameras randomly stopped detecting motion while all the other cameras still were detecting. We were never in standby mode; we never change it from Arm Away. The camera is plugged in so no battery issues. WiFi has never had problems. Live feed still works just fine, so the camera is still operating, our sensitivity is set to high and it’s always been that way in the 9 or so months that we’ve had the camera.

This happened last week (while we were on vacation!) and customer service tried to tell us we were in standby mode (but all the other cameras were working so no we weren’t!!!) and now it’s happening again. We had to reset the camera last week to get it to work again but if this is what we’re going to have to do regularly with no long term fix, we are just going to switch camera companies. It’s literally our most important camera that stops detecting so what’s the point of paying for a service that isn’t reliable??

anyone have any fixes for this? We’re going to contact customer service again in the morning when they open up but what the heck
