Hi ~ I ordered a 3 camera Essential Spotlight Item No. VMC2330-100NAS for my daughter for Christmas and was charged for it. However, I never received a confirmation email or an order number so I cannot follow up to see if it is being delivered. I would either like my money credited or an order number and delivery date for  my daughter .... I would appreciate it! THANK YOU!
