I have two cameras but when one detects a person,  the other camera which can not see second camera will automatically detect a motion - how come? Any suggestions to correct this issue?

Are the cameras covering the same area from different perspectives?

Do you create the rules used by the cameras?  It is possible to tell the second camera to record when the first detects motion (this is called cross-triggering).  Some have set that up accidentally when they created or modified a camera rule.
