I’m not getting notifications when my camera detects motion but my wife is?

Are you the primary account or are you using a shared account?

 

Are you logged in to the Arlo app?

Yes I’m the primary account. And yes I’m logged in just not receiving notifications when motion detected

Are you using an iOS device? You may need to check to make sure permissions are enabled, see here; https://kb.arlo.com/1099161/Why-am-I-not-receiving-Arlo-notifications-on-my-iOS-device
