Notifications at night only when home (Essential Outdoor 2nd Gen)

Is there any way to set the cameras to only send motion notifications at night when home?

 

Right now I have a schedule that activates away mode at midnight and another one that changes it back to home at 06:00. However that will set the camera to home mode even when I'm not home, which I dont want.

 

I'd like the cameras to recognize whether I'm home or not before activating an automation/scheduled task.

What you need to do is combine geofencing and scheduling.  There are issues doing that.  The first step is to see if your phone properly handles arrive and leave notifications, so maybe start with that.  You can test it by having the automations record a camera and send a notfication.
