I have a subscription. I have followed every tutorial on the website I can find. I don’t want notifications when a vehicle drives by but I do want them recorded. How do I access push settings to stop vehicle notifications? Without stopping recording. Smart notifications settings are no where to be found anywhere in my app.

To make adjustments for Smart Notifications, follow the steps here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062927/What-are-Arlo-Smart-Notifications-and-how-do-I-set-them-up-Arlo-Secure...

Thanks for responding. Under settings. Location and plans. There is no smart notifications tab. I’ve clicked every tab available. Smart notifications are no where to be found in my app. I’d attach screenshots but don’t see that as an option.

After selecting your location, you should then be able to scroll to the bottom and see Smart Notifications under where it shows your subscription:

These are options I have. And none of those links lead to anything that says smart notifications.

The only thing similar to smart notifications is the video and audio identification. But when I turn off, for example vehicles, it doesn’t even record them. So I have to leave that on.

When making a selection under Video & Audio identification, you should still receive recordings.

Have you tested this? I'd recommend toggling off people and then walking in front of your camera to see if you still receive a recording.
