I have 3 cameras. 2 are mounted outdoors. I remounted one and the image is up side down. I took one down as the battery would not charge. The indoor one is the only one that works as should.

When installed, we were able to toggle a button on the app or PC that said "enable rotate 180 degrees." This is no longer an option, so the camera shows up side down. The cameras are mounted to achieve the angle needed. Online, I see many complaints about this. Arlo "Moderators" have replied by stating that this feature is no longer supported. In one thread, the Moderator even denied that it was a feature to begin with---when the owner posted a copy of the user manual to prove that it was a feature, the thread just ended with no resolution. The camera system was purchased as a gift and installed last summer. Returning it is no longer an option. Please let me know if you were able to ever resolve this issue---hoping Arlo does not take this down.

I haven't seen this control on the gen 2 cameras (though it is possible I didn't see it early on).
The gen 2 camera is pretty symmetric - is it practical to just physically rotate the camera?

FWIW, I have 2 Essential Gen. 2 outdoor cameras on my account as well as a Gen. 2 indoor camera. The outdoor ones do not have the rotate capability while the indoor one does.
