My 3 year old Arlo camera always recorded video clips. Now it doesnt

I’ve never had to subscribe to a plan with Arlo and have always gotten alerts and video clips for 2 years. I bought 2 additional newer cameras and suddenly my older camera doesn’t send or alert clips

The 7-day free storage for legacy cameras was always limited to 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras per account.

 

Have you gone over that limit?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the legacy cameras?
