Motion detected but no video recording

2 days ago my camera was below 10% battery so automatically went into low power mode and only created snapshots of motions. After charging to 100% I reconnect the camera and now I get motion detected notification on phone but no recordings at all. I have try to remove the device and resync with no luck. Can someone please help me?

Verify that you have a subscription which is required for cloud recordings. Your trial sub may have expired.

Yes I have a subscription for 2 arlo cameras. I also have not changed any settings in the arlo app.My other camera works fine.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support can offer.

Check the active mode and the rules for the camera under Routines to make sure there is a rule telling the camera to record when triggered.
