Lost communication with one of the cameras

I have the Arlo 2nd generation, was working fine then unknown reason it off line and I can’t get it to reconnect

Could be faulty but try this first:

If still no good, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
