I have a WMB5000 hub and inserted a SanDisk microSDXC card for local storage. The 2 cameras I have are working fine and I can access them from my phone to view live feed. I cannot however access any recordings locally, and the Library shows ‘No recordings’ even when the cameras are detecting motion. I have triple-checked my settings and believe I have all of them in order. Please advise.

Do you see "Library" in the app menu or do you see "Dashboard" and "Feed" instead?
Can you confirm the camera model? (a 2nd Gen camera would migrate your account to "Feed").
Have you tried ejecting the storage using the app, and then connecting to a PC for viewing? Then you can see if the issue is with recording or with playback.

I see “Library” in the app menu.
My camera-model is the Ultra 2 Spotlight HDR.
I ejected the local SanDisk MicroSDXC storage card and inserted into my laptop, and I can see all recordings.
However, I cannot view recordings remotely from my phone (even when at home on the same local network as the hub).
The “Library” in the app settings states “No Recordings”, but again, it is recording to the local storage I have inserted into the hub, (because if I eject it, I can view the recordings on my laptop.
Any advice is appreciated.

This is happening when you select the smarthub in the top center of the "Library" screen?
