I hope someone from Arlo is on this board and can give me an explanation as to why it is so difficult to simply talk to someone to try and resolve the problems I am having with my brand new Arlo camera system.
I have tried using the support link on the app but when I click on the link to start a chat with someone, it does nothing. I am not even able to update my phone number - like it asks me to do.
I have bought a smart hub, video doorbell and 2 Essential cameras.
I have managed to get the doorbell and one of the cameras to connect to my smart hub but the second camera will not connect properly. After completing the connection process, I keep getting told that I need to coplete the onboarding process. I have repeatedly removed and gone through the connection process multiple times, but no success. The probelm does not occur if I do not connect to the smart hub.
My first experience of having an Arlo system is not staring out very well.
I look forward to a reply that will help me resolve my issues - hopefully nothing to technical and geek speak
