Installing a essential 2nd gen in Brazil

I have a property in Brazil with an Arlo system, including 6 cameras. During my recent trip, I brought an additional Arlo Essential outdoor 2nd generation. To my surprise, the app doesn't have such a camera, even if I delete and reinstall it. I read in some comments that if this camera is not for sale in Brazil, the app downloaded in Brazil won't have the driver for this camera. Is this information accurate? How can I work around this issue?

You would need to either set the cameras up in a supported country with a new account in that country as well as a credit card from that country or use a VPN that connects to a server in that country to do the same thing.

Thanks for your reply, actually I bought the hub and six cameras in US three years ago. I set the system in Brazil
using a vpn connection. Do I have to cancel this account and rebuild the system?

So the account was created with a VPN that terminated in the US?
Are you sure about that?
