I just want to say there are some down right idiots that work in customer service they will tell  u do something they shouldn't, they dont have a clue actually they need there ass whoop,freaking moron to the point ill never subscribe to them and I just bought them . Hoping to tear them off beat them with a hammer and tell everyone what idiots that work there and yiur way over priced anyway. I can have 24/7 actually real security compan install everything a lot more than junk arlo for about 25% less and there professionals unlike these ppl and not give a **bleep**. Puss poor company so avoid at all cost because it cost me,but ill tell everyone and cost a **bleep** ton for them
