I can’t find my 2nd generation in my app

Hi! 

I just bought five outdoor 2nd gen 2K cameras, a 2nd gen doorbell and a base station. The camera and doorbell are not available in the app. The only thing I can see is the base station after I connect it to the router. I just can’t find anything how to solve this. I live on Curacao (Dutch Caribbean) can someone please help me? Thanks a lot!

Since only select countries can get a subscription, which is needed for any camera newer than a Pro 2, as well as a slow rollout of new devices to the various regions, you'll need to take 1 of 2 options:

 

1) Travel to a supported country with the devices, create a new account there and set up the system as desired. Use a credit card from that country to be able to purchase a plan when the trial subscriptions expire. Take the system home with you and just turn the system back one (hub first) as if you just changed houses in that other country.

 

2) Use a VPN to a supported country to allow you to do the same thing without having to travel. Once the account and system are set up as above, you won't need the VPN unless you add more devices.
