How essential is it?
Especially if they don't work!
I purchased the EOC, Hoping to find. The same amazing quality I've previously experienced & bragged about! Butch toy dismay, this camera still doesn't work correctly( as advertised) and it seems the features that once were available have disappeared as well.
The product tour speaks of an option for low light setting, that I swear did exist when I initially set up the cameras. Even the option to rotate the view doesn't exist.... and dispite all the attempts to fix the washed out & often pink images by Uninstalling & reinstalling the cameras and waiting for the updates that were suppose to fix it.... it still isnt fixed... but now the cameras are not responding to motion & that means no recorded data. Not even with me sharing into the camera or doing jumping Jax for the option sensors to capture the movement. Can anyone advise what I should do to fix these issues.... other than just throwing the cameras in the street?
Soo frustrating to feel like you wasted money, & that the new feed app version was an update to a big let down.. it seems to have caused most of my cameras to have the same kind of watercolor poor image quality! Please help!

You can enable/disable nightvision, and that includes a "color" option that turns on the spotlight when motion is detected.
@JamesC: there is an error in the manual on page 16.
For information about how to customize the spotlight settings, see Change the Low Light
settings for your camera on page 60.
There is no page 60, and the section being referenced does not exist.

I'm seeing that also - video settings doesn't have this option. I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS, @BrookeN ) so they can follow up.

Has the subscription expired?
Have you tried the motion detection test?
