Having issues connecting family to the app

The usual issue is to make sure everyone is seeing the same interface. New users automatically get the new one that uses Feed to view recordings so if you're using the old interface that uses Library you need to migrate before the others can see your cameras.
Once that's solved, they need to click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so they need to choose yours. I suggest renaming Home to make it easier to decide.
If the others are having problems even accepting the invite, have them try using a computer to do the acceptance.
