Flashing Red When Pairing

My camera disconnected from the internet a couple weeks ago during a storm. Since then I have tried everything, including deleting it and attempting to readd it to my app. But every time I press the pair button it flashes red instead of blue. Has anyone experienced this?

The camera doesn't actually have a red LED, but the amber LED does often look red.  LED behavior is described here:

Make sure the camera is charged.

Did you try the factory reset?  (Holding down the button until the camera flashes amber - about 15 seconds).
