Essential spotlight camera CANNOT view the feeds

I added 3 essential spot light cameras to my system. I had to upgrade from the 4000 to the 4540 I was told by the ARLO team in order to be able to view the feeds WITHOUT having to pay a subscription. I did this and still CANNOT view the feeds from the Essential cameras when motion is tripped. I cannot afford a subscription and I don't understand why I cannot view these feeds. ARLO support will NOT help me on chat because it states that I need a paid subscription in order to chat. This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to get help for my system? Please anyone help me with my issue? Thank you

Do you have the Gen 1 Essentials (VMC2030 or VMC2032)?

 

Or do you have the Gen 2 models (VMC2050, VMC2052, VMC3050, or VMC3052)?

 

Are the cameras connected to the smarthub, or are they connected to your home wifi?

 

Does your app show "Feed" and Dashboard"?  Or does it show "Library" instead?
