Essential outdoor 2nd generation not on Arlo App

I am based in Ghana and I purchased an Carlo Essential Outdoor 2nd generation camera however I am not able to set it up because I cant find my camera on the arlo application.

Many countries can't get subscriptions for new cameras (see below). Without a subscription, the cameras won't work normally. Also, Arlo doesn't normally release a new product worldwide but releases them region by region. You still need to make sure you have the latest app so you can keep checking.
