My one camera now only takes photos. How do I get it to go back to change into videos

That would be set in the rule for the camera in each mode that you use. Screenshots of the rule(s) may be useful.

Where do I go for the rules of the camera? I am trying to get a video instead of a photo. I am new to all this so thanks for all the help

That depends on your phone.  So maybe google for that info.

The forum software supports both png and jpg formats.  (Not heic).
