Essential XL Outdoor Camera 2nd Gen Not Connecting

I have successfully set up my camera, and connected to it. Once installed in its permanent location, I cannot connect to it through the app. Yes, I’ve run the connection test and it’s a strong connection. Yes, it’s fully charged. I’ve taken the camera down, re-synced it, and put it back in its location, and it stops connected to the app at that point. Any suggestions?

Apparently it works everywhere except in the desired location, correct? Look for other wireless devices nearby that may be interfering with the camera connection. You could also try moving the camera a bit while still getting the view needed to see if that helps.
